RMA rule violation. Lago Drive. RP says motorcycle driven from resident outbound every morning at 5:45 6 a.m. Extra patrol request.
July 15
Malicious mischief. Carreta Lane at 6:45 p.m. on 7-14. Four teens knocking over garbage cans. Advised to call when occurring.
Extra patrol request. Ace Hardware. Possible attempted burglary through rear fence.

July 16
Vehicle accident. Scott Rd. @ Latrobe. Single car rollover. Unoccupied. SSD and SMFD arrived. UTL driver. Car registered to RM resident. CHP contacted registered owner. CHP arrested 17-year-old for DUI.
Rattlesnake. Clementia Circle. On back patio. Relocated.
Missing bicycle. Mountain bike missing fro North area. NFI given.
July 17
Vandalism. Robles Grandes. Irrigation drip line cut for the third time. Referred to SSD online reporting.
Vehicle accident. Scott Rd. @ Latrobe. Report of motorcycle down. Area checked. UTL. SMFD recalled with location of Scott Rd. near Boys Ranch.
Information CHP. Scott Rd. @ White Rock. Unknown substance from barrels leaking. Scott and White Rock closed until Haz Mat clears area.
Suspicious circumstance. Plaza toward Murieta Village. RP says subject tried to exchange a $50 bill for a newer bill. RP believes bill was counterfeit. Observed in a purple car driven by a male. Area checked. UTL.
Vehicle accident. Scott Rd. @ Latrobe. 911 notified. Single car rollover. Minor injuries. No transport.
July 18
Suspicious circumstance. Gazebo playground. Report of suspicious plastic bottles on ground. Checks okay. Trash only.
Bicycle vs. vehicle. Reynosa. Juvenile jumped off bike and runaway bike hit rear of vehicle. Parents contacted and will contact vehicle owner for repair.
Found property. Cosumnes River Granlees Beach area. RP dropped off a red plastic storage container found in river containing a beat-up DVD player, car stereo, miscellaneous cords and a bunch of assorted junk. Stored at South gate.
River trespass. Eastbound Jackson Rd. near bridge. Advised of closed area. Will gather group and leave area.
Vehicle accident. Clementia Lake overlook. Guest of resident backed into patrol car. Minor damage. Info exchange and report filed.
Bonfire. South river area. Eight juveniles on beach. Fire extinguished. Left area.
Suspicious persons. Domingo Court toward Murieta Pkwy. Approximately 10 juveniles walking northbound on Domingo Drive. Area checked. UTL.
July 19
Reckless driving. Reynosa. Cart driver all over the road. Area checked. GOA-UTL.
July 20
Suspicious bottle. Seguridad. Water bottle by garage. Checks clear.
Vehicle vs. gate arm. North gate. Resident lane. Vehicle struck arm and didnt stop. No vehicle information received.

Wilton History Group holds Bingo Nights
The Wilton History Group Truck Restoration Committee periodically holds monthly Bingo Nights to help fund the restoration project. Seating is limited and residents are asked to contact Gene Rose at 687-6349 for more information. Proceeds from the Bingo Nights go to continuing the restoration of a 1946 Dodge farm truck.
ETC to feature Dave Mason on July 31
Entertainment, Theatre and Culture for Rancho Murieta (ETC) will feature rock legend Dave Mason at Lake Clementia amphitheatre on July 31. In addition, the ETC board will announce the winner of this years essay contest and present the scholarship award prior to the concert. Gates will open at Lake Clementia at 7 p.m., and the concert begins at 8:30 p.m. ETC members can place blankets at the amphitheatre between 8 a.m. and noon. Non-members can bring blankets in after 10 a.m. Tickets are currently available at RM Business Center and MarShaTes. There will also be ticket sales in front of MarShaTes' on July 23 & 24 and on July 30 & 31. Tickets for members are $25. Non-member tickets are $35.
Sloughhouse 4-H meets with fun projects
The Sloughhouse Alta Mesa 4-H club meets every second Thursday at 7 p.m. at Cosumnes River Elementary School, 13580 Jackson Road. Some projects 4-H offers are: Cake decorating, hand spinning, dairy goats, fiber goats, pygmy goats, rabbits, knitting, cooking, horse, dog care and training, and many others. Sign up now for AARP Safety Class coming to RMA in August
RMA will be offering an AARP Driver Safety Class on Thursday and Friday, August 26 & 27 from 9 a.m.-1p.m. at the RMA building. Classes serve as a great refresher course and may allow those certified to receive a discount on their auto insurance. Course fee is $12 per person for AARP members and $14 for non-members. Sign up at the RMA building in advance. Enrollment is limited to 30 persons. Walk-ins will not be accepted on the day of the class. Vi Thatcher will be teaching the class. Direct questions to RMA at 354-3500.
RM Kiwanis requests mailing information for troops
The Kiwanis Club of Rancho Murieta is requesting family and friends of troops stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan to provide service members names and addresses in order to send care packages out to them. The packages include soap, shampoo, toothpaste and more. Contact Ginny Macko at ginny.macko@rippey.com for more info.

River Valley Meetings
The Cosumnes Community Planning Advisory Council (CCPAC) meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Wilton Fire Station 81 on the corner of Dillard and Wilton roads.
Wilton
The Wilton Fire Protection District Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Wilton fire Station 81 on the corner of Dillard and Wilton roads.
The Wilton Cosumnes Park and Recreation Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at C.W. Dillard Elementary School library. During summer months, meetings are held at the WFD Station 81.
The Wilton History Group meets the fourth Monday of each month at the Dillard Elementary School library at 7 p.m.
The Wilton Bingo Club meets the first Wednesday of each month at 2 p.m. in members' homes. The club has been in existence for 25 years and has 15 active members. New members are always welcome. For more information, call Betty Hutchinson at 687-6502.
Rancho Murieta
The Rancho Murieta Association Board of Directors meets at the RMA office on the third Tuesday of each month. The Executive session begins at 5:30 p.m. and the regular session begins at 6:30 p.m.
The Rancho Murieta Community Services District (CSD) Board of Directors meets at the CSD building at 15160 Jackson Hwy on the third Wednesday of each month. The Executive sesson begins at 4 p.m. and the regular session begins at 5 p.m.
